Turnstile access system
A secure access control system for schools that integrates card reader turnstile access, canteen payment system, and real-time parent notifications into a single platform, operating seamlessly even without internet access.

OGS is a school access and canteen system that enables schools to manage student entry and exit security and canteen/cafeteria processes through a single system, ensuring seamless and surprise-free operation.
The system instantly recognizes the student's card as soon as it is scanned at the turnstile, approval is received within seconds, and passage is secure. Every entry is recorded, and parents are immediately informed. The most critical feature of the system is that it continues to operate even when the internet connection is interrupted; thus, security and sales processes never stop.
The system consists of four main modules: Access System, which provides real-time attendance and security tracking with turnstile and card access; Canteen Payment module, which manages cashless sales, limit and prohibited product rules, stock, and reporting; Cafeteria module, which provides meal management and meal access tracking; and Parent Application, which presents entry and exit notifications, expense tracking, and school announcements on a single screen.
The fundamental difference that sets OGS apart from conventional solutions in the sector is its transparency: prices are not hidden, contracts are not locked later, and the parent application actually works. For school parent associations, canteen income and expense records are kept transparent, and parents are provided with justifiable reports.
Problem
In the existing access control and canteen systems used in schools, prices could not be obtained without a quote, and the software would freeze if the annual fees that emerged after the sale were not paid. Parent applications would not open after updates, would not show entry and exit information, and support requests would go unanswered. The most critical problem occurred during internet outages: when the connection was lost, both turnstile access and canteen sales would stop simultaneously, leading to both security and revenue loss.
Solution
With OGS, schools were offered an access and canteen system with a predetermined price, a contract that cannot be locked later, and that continues to function even during internet outages. The turnstile opens instantly when a student scans their card, each entry is recorded, and instant notifications are sent to parents. Canteen payments were made cashless, limits and prohibited product rules were defined, and stock and sales reports were presented transparently to the school's parent-teacher association. A truly functional parent application brought together entry and exit records, expenses, and announcements on a single screen.
