Your personal data is processed by SakaSoft acting as the data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

Through our contact and quote forms we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number and any other information you choose to share.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed to respond to your contact requests, carry out quote processes, improve our services and fulfil legal obligations.

4. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary for the provision of services and within legal limits, with our hosting and email service providers.

5. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Data is obtained through electronic communication (forms, email) with you, based on your explicit consent and/or on the legal bases of establishing a contractual relationship and our legitimate interests.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose and within the framework of legal obligations; once the period expires it is deleted or anonymised.

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
