Industrial Engineering Intern (Long-Term, Part-Time)

About the Role

At SakaSoft, we are looking for an Industrial Engineering student to join our Kocaeli Başiskele office and support our process improvement and operational efficiency work. Our long-term, part-time internship offers a flexible schedule you can combine with your university timetable.

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year student in an Industrial Engineering program

• Able to work at our Başiskele office at least 2-3 days per week

• Strong command of MS Excel and a genuine interest in data analysis

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• A team player who is eager to learn

• Familiarity with process analysis, lean manufacturing or data visualisation tools (Power BI, Python) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analysing business processes and preparing improvement proposals

• Supporting time studies, capacity and efficiency measurements

• Collecting, reporting and regularly tracking operational data

• Preparing process documentation and flow charts

• Taking part in field and office work together with project teams
